Reply to some comments
I had a couple of comments recently regarding our family having the measles. I am sorry that I have offended you in any way. We have done everything in our power to contain any spread of the desease. We have been home bound for close to 3 weeks to help keep the disease from spreading. The local health department has been absolutely wonderful! They have been caring and concerned and we have heeded their advice. As the newspaper stated, we picked up the disease while traveling internationally and are unable to do anything about that fact. We have definitely been concerned about the spread of the disease, hince the quarantine. Unfortunately, there are some things that are and were out of our control and we are sorry for anyone who contracted it due to that. We are continuing to pray daily for others out there who are having to go through what we went through. I am sorry.`

I just pray God will give an understanding heart to who ever made negative comments to you. Bless your heart, this certainly wasn't the way you planned to spend your first weeks together as a family of 5. But,obviously God allowed this and the way you and Dan have walked through this is totally commendable. Love you guys!

I am sad you have had to deal with comments about contracting the measles. Seems a little ridic. I pray you are all feeling better and the boys are adjusting and doing well. They are absolutely adorable!

You dear sweet people! I'm so sorry you are having to shoulder such negative comments! There is no way you would intentionally make your family sick and then purpose in your lives to spread the misery to others. SHAME ON THOSE OF YOU WHO SAY HURTFUL THINGS, ESPECIALLY WHEN THESE AMAZING PEOPLE ARE SUFFERING THEMSELVES WITH SICKNESS! I'm praying for your health and that this rough time of forced home-stay will only be something you look back on as a blessing from God that let your family have time to bond. May God bring healing to your physical bodies and to your souls.
Shame on people for trying to insinuate you had any control over this happening or that you were to blame! Unfortunately, these things happen - you have nothing to apologize for! I hope you're all feeling better!
I miss your updates. How are your new little ones adjusting? What about Mason? How are you both?
